Invitations with Guest Names Spreadsheet

This spreadsheet is for couples who have chosen invitations with guest names pre-printed. Simply fill out the guest names in the designated columns and send it back to us. This will help us ensure the names are accurately printed on your invitations for a seamless process.

Tip: Make sure to double-check spelling and titles for each guest, and if you're including plus-ones, be sure to list them separately for clarity.

Invitations with Names and Printed Envelopes Spreadsheet

If you’ve opted for invitations with guest names pre-printed as well as envelopes with pre-printed guest addresses, this spreadsheet is for you! Just enter your guests' names and their corresponding addresses, and we’ll take care of the rest, ensuring everything is ready to go for mailing.

Tip: Double-check the addresses for accuracy, including postal codes, and ensure that all guest titles (Mr, Mrs, etc.) are correctly added to avoid any mistakes on the printed envelopes.

Table Names, Place Names, and Menu Choices Spreadsheet

Use this spreadsheet if your venue hasn't already provided you with a template to fill in. If you already have a similar sheet from your venue/caterers then I will be happy to work from this. It’s designed for you to input your table names, place name cards, and menu choices. Once completed, we can print everything you need for your wedding reception, ensuring smooth seating arrangements and meal selection.

Tip: Be sure to list your guests in the order they’ll be seated at each table and clearly mark any special dietary requirements to help us tailor the menu options accurately. Also, remember to include any guests’ preferred meal choices if applicable.

General Tips for Filling in Spreadsheets:

  • Be consistent: Use the same format throughout for names, addresses, and other information.

  • Check for typos: A quick double-check can save time and ensure accuracy in your printed materials.

  • Leave nothing blank: If you’re unsure about a piece of information, leave a note or clarify it with us so we can help.

  • Use full names: For formal occasions, make sure to use full names and titles (i.e., Mr. and Mrs. John Smith) rather than just first names.

  • Highlight or note special requirements: If you have any special seating requests or dietary requirements, make sure these are clearly marked.
