How long does it take?

We recommend contacting me at least 6 weeks before your desired delivery date. The process can take a few weeks or several months depending on your changes and how quickly you respond.

When do I pay?

A £50 booking fee is due after our call and before work begins, with the balance paid before printing. This is non-refundable should you change your mind but comes off of your final balance.

How do I pay?

You can pay via bank transfer or through an invoice with a 'pay now' button.

Can I make changes to my design?

Yes, you get 5 rounds of amends. After these they re charged at £15. After final approval, no more changes can be made.

How do I give you my guests names

We provide a spreadsheet for you to complete.

What does final sign off mean?

This is when you review and confirm your final design. You’re responsible for checking all details. After this your order will be printed, once the order is printed you are liable to pay any costs occurred if a reprint is needed.

When should I start my on-the-day stationery?

how many invites do i need?

Remember you do NOT need one per guest. Order one per couple/household, plus 10% extras for keepsakes or last-minute invites.

What if I need more invitations?

You can order more after your main batch is printed. There will be a £20 small order charge and invitations will be charged at the unit cost after that.

How long does printing take?

Printing normally takes 7-10 working days, unless you have a complex design, in which case I’ll advise on the timeline.

How is my order delivered?

Small format orders (invites, save the dates, menus etc.) are sent via Royal Mail Tracked24 and take 1-2 days. You’ll receive a email notification when it’s on its way.

Large format order (Table Plan/Welcome Signs) are sent via DPD at a charge of £7.99 and will arrived within 1-2 days. I will send you tracking information for these.

Can I collect?

Yes you can collect Small format orders from my Studio at Martels Wedding Village at a time we have pre-agreed. Any Large format orders will be sent to you direct from printers to keep my delivery charges to a minimum.

How do my invites arrive?

This depends on what you have ordered.

  1. Single Sheet: Cards plus envelopes to address & post.

  2. Gate fold invites: Complete invites with seal attached to address & post

  3. Printed names INVITES: These will arrive as complete invites with BLANK envelopes for you to address & post.

  4. Printed names INVITES & ENVELOPES: These will arrive as complete invites in their envelope ready for you to stamp & send.
