How to Order Your Wedding Stationery

Ordering your wedding stationery with me is simple and straightforward! Here’s how the process works:

1. Have a Chat!
his can be in person or over the phone, whatever suits you best. Click here to book.

2. Design Begins
1st draft out within 2 weeks of our call so you can get a feel of what I can create for you.

3. Complete Your Questionnaire
Once you've chosen or customised your design, we’ll ask you to complete our questionnaire. This will provide me with all the details we need to start finalising your stationery. At this point I’ll require a non-refundable booking fee of £50 which will come off our final balance.

4. Proofing Your Design
I will now refine the designs based on your feedback and ideas, add in all your personalised with your details. You can request up to 5 rounds of changes to the design, including text, colours, and typefaces. We’ll update your presentation each time until you’re completely satisfied. After 5 rounds, further changes will incur a fee of £15 per round. Please carefully check your proofs, especially the final one. We proofread all work, but it's your responsibility to double-check the spelling of names, addresses, dates, and locations. Any mistakes after final approval may not be amendable, and reprinting costs will be at your expense.

5. Final Payment & Printing
When you’re happy confirm everything is 100% correct and give me the go-ahead to print. At this stage I’ll ask for final payment (minus the £50 booking fee) and then begin printing. Most orders are printed within 7-10 working days, though larger or bespoke designs may take longer.

7. Delivery
Your completed order will be dispatched by Royal Mail Tracked24, and I’ll send you a tracking number to keep you updated on delivery.
